向学而研  以研促教

2020年,没有以往“爆竹声中一岁除”的其乐融融,没有“通宵灯火人如织”的车水马龙,有的只是一场没有硝烟的对抗新冠病毒的疫情防控阻击战。就是这样一场突如其来的疫情一而再,再而三地延长了假期,阻挡了师生校园如约的重逢,但阻挡不了老师们相约线上共同教研的热情。在教师发展中心和我校校长室的精心指导下,我们课程中心学科分管主任带领教研组长抓落实,学校既做到“停课不停学”,也做到了“停课不停研”。

一、线上教研内容与时俱进。

首先我跟大家交流一下这个超长版寒假,我们的线上教研活动到底做了些什么。

1.  特殊寒假的学生寒假作业研讨。原本寒假的集体备课研讨还刚刚进入第一轮,主备人分享阶段。从1月27日疫情爆发,各地相继严防管控开始,我们就意识到这个寒假的特殊性,而原来推送给学生的寒假作业则需要更加顺应时事和生活,我们陆校长第一时间就让我们思考学生特殊寒假学习生活的指导。于是,我们立刻组织了分管校长和学科分管主任以及优秀学科教师的第一次线上研讨,人多力量大,有的关注了开学时间的第一次变动,建议学生自主预习,开通了班级网上问询通道,以保障开学后正常的教育教学进度和效率;有的提出利用优秀的央视资源,如经典的《中国诗词大会》,宏大的电视纪录片《从长安到罗马》 ,央视舞台的动人名家朗诵,战疫歌曲和公益宣传片,让学生的学习不只局限在学科知识,学习视野走向更宽广的时空;有的关注学生的居家体育锻炼指导,让我们原先就有的体育家庭作业更有指导性,更符合学生的年龄和居家锻炼时间和空间,关注学生的身心健康。最后集思广益,我们向学生推送了第二次特殊的寒假作业指导美篇。

2.  寒假延期的两个单元导学案研讨。1月31日,陆校长亲自给我打电话,提出让语数英和体育学科教师尝试设计学科预习导学案。于是,各自学科教研组长群的线上研讨也应运而生了,在群里,我们一边真实地发着小牢骚,一边热火朝天地对预习导学案的板块、格式、导学方式及导学到何种程度展开了研讨,各个学科初步有了自己的设想。每个教研组长又结合自己年级的情况,组织本组教师对导学案的具体流程进行了研讨。一天后,教研组长率先做的预习导学案就分享在大群里,学科领衔人、教研组长又对这份样本进行了研讨、修改,与此同时,我们陆校长身先士卒,将自己设计的一份五年级数学预习导学案发在学校的行政群里,让行政人员学习研讨。通过研讨,我们提出,为了更便捷地让学生在没有教材的条件下提供预习指导,在导学案中插入了电子教材图片,加进了朗读的音频,书写的指导视频,并适当对学生的预习有检测环节。这样的要求又一次下发到各个教研组,教研组为单位的线上研讨就更热烈了,资源的选择,技术的使用,检测作业的量和度等等,总之,大家的目的只有一个,如何为学生的自主学习提供更多更有效的指导和帮助。

3.  学生居家学科活动的研讨。这么久的宅家,为丰富学生的学科学习生活,我们依托“外小小达人”活动的平台,由年级组长和各年级教研组长领衔,组织全校老师都开展线上小达人研讨,老师们分年级充分利用微信群“线上”研讨,群中讨论热烈、积极交流,聚焦问题、分享方法、总结收获、提出建议,百家争鸣,百花齐放,跃动的思维激烈地碰撞着,展示了我们外小教师扎实的工作作风,优秀的专业素养和可贵的创新精神。于是就有了外小居家小达人的系列活动:一年级“童心抗疫,致敬英雄”讲故事小达人比赛,二年级“数万颗子”认数小达人活动,三年级“写一手漂亮的中国字”书写小达人比赛。

4.  摸底评估和衔接教学的研讨。随着开学时间地点临近,我们的教学研讨就变成了线上线下的结合,各教研组主要对前期学生学习情况、教学效果进行总结,根据教研组的前期总结,结合教师发展中心的要求,我们带领教研组长线下重点对教学进度如何安排,“开学第一课”上什么,如何上好串讲复习课,如何对个别后进学生进行零起点的个别教学,如何布置个性化的作业等问题进行研讨,然后形成要求,由教研组长带领本组教师集体研讨,上交方案和教案。                          二、线上教学管理不断跟进。

线上教学,作为一种新的教学方式在这次推迟开学的形势下扑面而来,让我们这些小学老师有些猝不及防,老师们在学习、适应、抱怨、调整,学生和家长们也在不断克服困难,那作为学校课程管理中心,在不同的线上教学阶段,教师的教学态度、技术方式、教学效果,学生的参与情况,学习成果,家长的支持度和意见建议,都是我们需要持续关注的方面,我们先后出台了《溧阳市外国语小学教师线上教学管理考核办法》《溧阳市外国语小学关于线上学习与居家生活的下沉式教育教学管理办法》,通过教师自评并附上教学截屏,教研组根据组内研讨教学情况进行一周一次的评价考核,发挥行政人员的作用,一个行政下沉入不同年级的四个班级线上学习群,参与日常的教学管理,对每位老师的线上教学和班级主题活动进行评价,我们一方面想通过评价考核促进教师的教学和教研组的研讨交流,一方面想通过下沉式管理发现优秀的做法,思考存在的困难和问题,及时进行指导和帮助,努力让管理促进线上教学的效果。

三、“卷入式”校本教研深入推进。

 在上学期结束,我们就已经准备对新学期的教研活动进行改革,除了共读一本书,共研一节课,共练基本功等常规模式外,基于部编教材的推进和校本教研的实效性,受《人民教育》一篇文章的启发,我们在全校各学科重点尝试“卷入式”校本教研。以全员卷入、全程卷入和实践性主题引领为特征,有效地将教师发展内在需求与外在动力融合,在教师间建立共同的目标,合作的机制,进而发挥各自的优势,通过对话、沟通、合作、分享,实现共同提高。

1.  专题研修,“卷入式”成就共生。首先,建立“教师研修小组”,以“一条主线、两种组合、三个抓手”为研修模式,开展基于日常教学中需要共同解决的热点、难点问题的专题研修。“一条主线”指以问题为主线;“两种组合”既可按研修方向相近或聚焦问题相似组建小组,也可以原来的教研组为基础,进行问题梳理或确立研究主题;“三个抓手”指课堂实践、教研专题和课题研究。

2. 磨课体验,“卷入式”成就深度。我们在教学实践中将不断改进教研形式,努力促进全体教师共同参与,一同提高。(1)从“小团队”到“大团队”。资深教师、骨干教师、成熟型教师、新入职年轻教师,通过各种团体的研讨、展示,碰撞。(2)从“一节课”到“日常研究”。学校充分利用专家调研的宝贵资源,通过一节课指导教师的日常实践研究,扎扎实实地开展前移后续教研活动。(3)从“参与者”到“组织者”。推出“悦读者”分享,安排年轻教师担任教研主持人,通过观看课例—自我反思—分组对话—综合点评的形式组织大家学习,这就告别了以往教研组长“唱独角戏”的模式,让教师在多元成长平台上增强研究自觉性和现场学习力。

3. 互动碰撞,“卷入式”成就对话。在教学研讨中引入“卷入式”互动教研模式,如组织教师观摩某两位老师执教的同课异构,为了达到真听课、真学习、真思考、真教研,全程卷入、全员卷入的目的,我们会将本次活动分为“准备启动——现场研讨——延伸教研”三个阶段。准备启动阶段:将研讨微信群二维码随活动通知一起发出,接到参与活动任务的老师扫二维码加入微信群,提前学习相关理论、阅读教材和评课指南,做好听课研讨准备。现场研讨阶段:在观摩现场执教课例的同时,所有老师进行微信平台自主讨论。课后由现场教研团队和参会老师们根据课例就研讨主题谈谈自己的收获和认识。延伸教研阶段:现场抽取老师,综合梳理评课意见,对观摩的课例进行重建,然后将重建课例进行录像并发送至微信群,参与活动的老师在微信群里自主观课,自主评课。这样一种“同备一节课,同上一节课,同听一节课,同评一节课”的“卷入式”互动方式,体现了不同个体对教育理念的不同解读,老师们聚焦教学实践的心得感受、理论与实践的转化困难等问题进行交流,在反思互动中得到提升。

虽然,这样的卷入式教研还刚刚在启动阶段,也许还会因为疫情而有所延误,还只是我们的谋划和愿望,我想,特殊的时期,一手抓防控,一手抓教育教学,无论是线上还是线下,是现场还是录制,学校的校本教研应该一直在路上。只有向学而研,以研促教,我们的教学之路才会开满鲜花,我们的教学生涯才会欣喜不断,成就感不断。
